Elite Boxing and Fitness Club offers group training workouts ran by a certified and experienced boxing coach to give you the greatest opportunity to achieve your goals.
Group training workouts are designed to assist you in achieving elite fitness by developing and strengthening your cardio respiratory capacity, flexibility, power, agility, strength, stamina, coordination and balance.
All workouts are an hour long. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a sweat towel... you are going to need it!
Boxing has become one of the most popular workouts today due to its capacity to build a strong, lean and powerful body. Boxing workouts are a great way to relieve stress and build confidence while burning over 800 calories an hour. Group boxing training consists of a warm up, jumping rope, shadow boxing, speed and strength training, heavy bag training, partner drills, calisthenics, and a cool down. Many professional and amateur boxers, as well as the novice athlete, have benefited from our group boxing sessions.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is very similar to boxing in its ability to strengthen the core and create a lean and powerful body. However, kickboxing incorporates exercises that will leave your thighs and buttocks screaming for mercy. Group kickboxing training consists of a warm up, jumping rope, shadow boxing, shadow kicks, heavy bag punching and kicking, partner drills, speed and strength training, calisthenics, and a cool down. Unlike our boxing training, our kickboxing training is not for those training for competitive kickboxing.
