Elite Boxing and Fitness Club offers boxing, kickboxing and strength and conditioning classes as well as cardio and weight equipment. All of the classes at Elite Boxing and Fitness Club are designed to assist you in achieving elite fitness by developing and strengthening your cardio respiratory capacity, flexibility, power, agility, strength, stamina, coordination and balance. All classes are an hour long. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a sweat towel... you are going to need it!

Boxing workouts consist of a warm up, jumping rope, shadow boxing, round by round speed training, heavy bag training, partner drills, calisthenics, and a cool down.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is very similar to boxing in its ability to strengthen the core and create a longer, leaner, and more powerful body. However, kickboxing incorporates exercises that will leave your thighs and buttocks screaming for mercy. Kickboxing workouts consist of a warm up, jumping rope, shadow boxing, shadow kicks, heavy bag punching and kicking, partner drills, calisthenics, and a cool down.
Strength and Conditioning
Workouts may consist of plyometrics, calisthenics, Olympic lifting, running, dumbbell training, jumping rope, kettlebell training, power lifting, medicine ball training and gymnastics. Classes consist of a warm up, a prescribed workout and a cool down. Workouts may be customized to your needs or goals. During the workouts, strive to achieve your very best in both form and speed.
