What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed for any and all athletes, no matter your experience level or goals.
Each CrossFit session is run by a certified CrossFit instructor to ensure safety and results. Members will warm up together and then participate in the workout of the day. Workouts of the day may consist of plyometrics, calisthenics, Olympic lifting, running, dumbbell training, jumping rope, kettlebell training, power lifting, medicine ball training and gymnastics.
Haven't worked out in a long time or ever? That's okay! CrossFit workouts are designed to accommodate your fitness level and ability. Modifications are made to create a successful performance that is challenging and rewarding. Whether you just want to get into shape or are training for an event or team, we can cater our workouts to your needs and goals.
